Where Greece meets Italy, a Wedding with Dancing, Love and Laughter | Tiana + Zander
A LOVE LIKE NO OTHER
Leading from the romantic touches to the wild dance floor.
Tiana + Zander Roubicek
Where Greece meets Italy, two families becoming one
Tiana and Zander Roubicek’s celebration was an ode to love, style and the art of gathering.
Set against the undulating green hills of Ravensbourne, the couple exchanged vows in a meadow overflowing with flowers, surrounded by their closest friends and family. The dress code was black tie and the guests understood the assignment, bringing an unmistakable sense of occasion to the green hill setting.
But beneath the polished exterior was a celebration entirely their own.
Every detail carried a sense of place and personality. Starting with a beautiful note from Tiana to her father on a handkerchief, to the white tulips as Tiana’s bouquet, the same with what her mother had on her wedding day, having a part of her as she walked down the aisle was truly a beautiful moments. Both Tiana and Zanders Mums walked down the aisle ahead, dropping white flower petals to lead the way for Tiana and her Father.
As the evening unfolded, the formality gave way to something more spirited. With a Tiramisu to feed the many. The dance floor became the heart of the night, alive with music, movement and the unmistakable energy of Greek and Italian tradition. Long after dinner, guests continued dancing amongst candlelight.
It was a day of contrasts; refined yet uninhibited, elegant yet wonderfully unruly. Where every detail felt considered, but nothing felt forced.
A celebration not simply witnessed, but felt.

A Night of Greek & Italian Tradition
A beautiful celebration of two heritages — Greek and Italian — brought together through music, tradition and, of course, dancing.
The evening unfolded with dances from both cultures, each bringing its own energy, rhythm and meaning to the celebration. From the Italian traditions to the unmistakable Greek celebrations, the dance floor became a place where generations came together.
The Ouzo Dance was a particular highlight, with everyone from grandparents to the youngest family members joining in, circling the bottle of shots and celebrating together. And, in a moment I certainly didn’t expect, even I found myself swept onto the dance floor.
It was joyful, chaotic, wonderfully infectious and such a beautiful reflection of two families, two cultures and one very loved couple.
An Affair of Two Cultures
A celebration where Greek exuberance met Italian romance, bringing two families, two heritages and generations of tradition together beneath one unforgettable day. The rituals and cuisine to the music that transformed the evening into something entirely its own. The dance floor became the heart of the celebration; generations moving together, traditions passed down through movement, laughter and song.
And then, because no grand Italian celebration would be complete without excess, came the pièce de résistance: a one-metre-square tiramisu, served with all the drama it deserved. The taste was out of this world, so beautiful and delicious people went back for seconds and thirds.
The evening ended beneath a shower of sparklers, the newlyweds disappearing into the night surrounded by the people, culture and traditions that brought them here.
A wedding steeped in heritage, abundant in joy, and impossible to forget.
